After arrival please buy a visafor 25 USD (can also be paid in EUR) at the cashier´s desk in the arrivalarea.
When you gotyour luggage please go out of the airport – outside our driver will wait foryou. He will hold a Kite-Village Sign + he will have a list with your nameon.
Please note:Sometimes it is not possible to see at which terminal you will arrive (1 or 2).If there is no driver he is waiting on the other terminal. Please call thisnumber and inform us about you terminal: Tel .: Egypt +20 106 18 25 751 Station Manager
The trip takes 4 – 4,5 hours.
During the journey there is a sectionof the route where there is no reception, don't be discouraged, it will comeback. 😊
If you have to go to the toilet, the driver will be happy to stop, just let them know. You can also stop at shops to buy something to drink.

Payment:
The payment at Kite-Village(accomodation, airport transfer, kite service, beach bar) will be done cash andin Euro. In Hamatayou will not find a cash terminal. Payment by credit card is often not possiblebecause of a weak internet connection. If you have to pay by credit card pleasenote that we have to add charges of 3%.
On the kite beach you will find abar, a restaurant and a little shop. So you should find almost everything foryour daily demand.
For our guest that stayin the Azur hotel or Lahamy Bay hotel we offer a shuttle service:
Azur Hotel- Kite Village: 9:00, 9:30, 10:00 AM(Hamatatime)
Kite Village - AzurHotel: 4:00 PM or depending on windsituation
Lahamy Bay- Kite Village: on request– please ask the reception to organize the shuttle for your first day on ourspot
KiteVillage - Lahamy Bay: on request
Duration: 10-12 min
Price: 2,-EUR p.P. per Trip (4,- EUR per day) – payment will be done at the end of yourholidays in the Kite-Village Office.
